NFL FLAG-In-Schools Kit

Overview: GENYOUth is pleased to offer schools an opportunity to apply for GENYOUTH’s NFL FLAG-In-Schools Kit, valued at $410. Each Kit includes a welcome letter, 10 footballs, 50 flag belts, participation certificates and a printed copy of the curriculum. Digital copies of the curricula will also be accessible to all recipients and can be found on the GENYOUTH and NFL FLAG-In-Schools websites.

The purpose of GENYOUth’s NFL FLAG-In-Schools Kit is to provide physical education teachers in elementary, middle and high schools with flag football equipment and curricula. The Kit is intended to be used in PE class, but it is encouraged to be used before and after school as well.

Process

  • Complete and submit the online application by May 19th, 2021.
NOTE: You may want to download and review this PDF of the application before accessing it online as the application cannot be saved and continued later; it must be completed in one sitting.
  • Applications are subject to verification by GENYOUth before Kit recipients are selected.
  • GENYOUth reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify application entries.
  • The applications will be reviewed and applicants will be notified of decisions via email.
  • Kits are expected to ship in the Fall of 2021.

Eligibility

  • Only adults registered at accredited elementary, middle and high schools (schools serving students in grades K-12) are eligible to apply to receive a Kit on behalf of their schools.
  • Non-school entities and home schools are not eligible to apply at this time.
  • Schools awarded a Kit will be required to use the Kit to start or grow a flag football program in PE class.
  • Awarded schools may be required to provide feedback on the Kit’s use in the future via an online survey.
  • Each applicant must agree and acknowledge that he or she is applying to receive a Kit on behalf of his or her school, that the Kit will be the property of his or her school and will be for school use only.
  • Preference will be given to physical education teachers, schools serving a high proportion of students receiving free and reduced lunch, and schools in an NFL team market.
